Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026

This policy covers the website disl.dk only. It does not cover our apps. Each product has its own privacy policy on its own domain: rad.uno/privacy and wegoto.app/privacy.

Data controller

Dark is Light ApS, Strandparken 26, DK-4000 Roskilde, Denmark. Written enquiries about personal data go to hello@disl.dk and are answered by a person.

What we collect

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. Two things are collected.

  • The contact form. If you fill it in, we receive the name, email address and message you typed, plus the time of submission. Nothing else is added.
  • Server logs. Our host records the requests it serves, including IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent. These logs exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

Cookies

disl.dk sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie when a request looks like an attack; it carries no profile and is not used to recognise you across sites.

Who processes the data

Three providers act as data processors on our behalf.

  • Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and server logs. Data is served from edge locations worldwide.
  • Web3Forms — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
  • Microsoft 365 — our email. Messages you send us are stored in that mailbox.

Legal basis and retention

Contact form messages are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) — answering someone who wrote to us. They are kept in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence is relevant, and no longer than three years.

Server logs are processed on the same basis, for security and operations, and are retained by our host under their standard retention period.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Cloudflare, Web3Forms and Microsoft are US-based. Transfers rest on the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to our processing. Write to hello@disl.dk and we will answer within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not notify anyone of changes, because we hold no mailing list to notify.
